Master Stephen Thomas has been in martial arts for over 25 years.
He holds a black sash in Ho Chen Pai, Tien shen pai, and Hua Mountain Kung fu.
He was an indoor student of Master Luping Zhang for 13 years where he studied Tan Tui,
Hua Mountain Kung fu, Shaolin Kung fu, Ba Gua, Xing Yi, Yang Tai Chi Chuan and
Chen Tai Chi Chuan. He also has experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
He also studied old frame chen village chen style Tai Chi chuan under renowned
Master Wang Haijun (China's 3 year National Push hands champion).
Master Stephen Thomas is the winner of 2006 US Koushu Tai Chi Chuan Push Hands
Grand Championship, 10 gold medals, 3 silver medals, and 3 bronze medals in Tai Chi
Push Hands at international tournaments.
Master Stephen Thomas was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2005 and again in 2006.
He teaches Tai Chi Chuan as a complete combat martial art for self defense.
We will cover:

- rooting (ability not to be pushed around by your opponents)
- self defense
- push hands for self defense and competition

- striking power
- joint hands (the hidden joint locks in tai chi chuan push hands)
